Marine Collagen Recipes
Marine Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid is a powerhouse protein with many benefits to your skin, hair, nails, bone & joint health. Add a scoop to your morning coffee, smoothie or baked treats. The options are endless with this unflavoured formula. Below are a few recipes for you to try.
COLLAGEN OJ SHOT
This one is as easy as it looks.
Pour a small glass of your fav orange juice (we'll let you decide on the pulp.) Add a scoop of Marine Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid, froth and enjoy!
COLLAGEN PROTEIN ICED COFFEE

This all-in-one drink is the perfect kick start to your day.
Ingredients:
- Marine Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid
- Coffee (your choice: espresso, drip, french press, cold brew etc.)
- Premier Protein Shake (we love the Caramel flavour)
- Start with approx. 1 cup of coffee
- Add one scoop of Collagen (*see tips below)
- Pour in bottle of Premier Protein
- Add scoop of ice
- Shake and enjoy!
*Note on mixing Collagen: If you're using hot coffee, we recommend using a handheld frother for best results. If your coffee is already cold, you can use the frother or a shaker cup.
COLLAGEN SMOOTHIE

This is our founder, Laura's, favourite smoothie recipe.
"I drink this every day after I workout. I've made it for years and still crave it every morning!"
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Marine Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid
- 80-100g frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 ice cubes
Add to a blender and enjoy!
Collagen Yogurt Parfait
Mix yogurt and collagen until smooth. Layer into bowl or mason jar with fruit, granola, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt of choice
- 1/2 - 1 scoop Marine Collagen depending on preference
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
*Note: Collagen will give the yogurt a more sticky consistency
Collagen Protein Cookies
These cookies are super easy to throw together. Enjoy them with a cup of collagen coffee!
- 2 banana (mashed)
- 2 scoop vanilla protein powder or Marine Collagen
- 1 cup oats
- 1/3 dark chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Use a spoon to portion even scoops and roll into ball shape. Bake for 10 min at 350℉ or until golden brown.
