Laura

Laura Clendenning is the Founder and CEO of Sweat Club Inc., Sweat Supplements, and the popular online LC Challenges. Her passion for empowering others through fitness led her to launch Sweat Supplements in 2020. Laura loves travel, entrepreneurship, music, all things health and fitness and of course, her dog, Rooney! 

She was a competitive figure skater for 12 years before graduating from UNB and moving to Vancouver. While on the West coast, she pursued opportunities as a personal trainer, bikini competitor and YouTuber. She currently has no plans to continue competing. Today she balances fitness and fun while running her three businesses. 

Laura is best known for her unique workouts, motivational drive, and welcoming personality. Her mission is to help others fall in love with taking care of themselves and, in return, feel more motivated in every aspect of their lives.

Smoothie with strawberries, almond milk and collagen

FAVOURITE WAY TO TAKE MARINE COLLAGEN WITH HYALURONIC ACID:

In a morning smoothie, after a sweat session. In a blender add:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Sweat Supps Marine Collagen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 85-100 grams frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ice cubes
